Delete your Finanseal account

You can do this in the app (Settings > Privacy & data > Delete account) or on this page, without installing the app.

What happens when your account is deleted

  • Your account and all your personal data (transactions, accounts, budgets, goals and receipts) are permanently deleted from our servers and backups within 30 days.

  • Every device is signed out at once, and Google and Apple sign-in access is revoked.

  • Shared workspaces you own pass to another member. Transactions you added to someone else's workspace stay with that workspace.

  • There is a 7-day grace period. Sign in to the app again within those 7 days to cancel the deletion.

  • A Google Play or App Store subscription doesn't stop by itself. Cancel it in the store so you aren't charged again. Manage Google Play subscriptions Manage App Store subscriptions

Want to keep your data? Export everything as CSV in the app first: Settings > Privacy & data > Export all data.

Delete account

The address you sign in with. Signed in with Apple and hid your email? Use your @privaterelay.appleid.com address, or delete your account in the app.
